Where Did The Name, "Bo Bo", Come From?

Since 1985, our family has been raising and preparing All-Natural Old-Fashioned Chickens for our customers. The Asian community has supported and bought our brand since the very start. Our whole chickens sold with head and feet on, as they were sold in Ancient Rome, are used by traditional Asian families for prayer. A perfect whole chicken without markings & bruises brings good fortune to them and their ancestors.

In 1987, Richard's wife Fun Fun named the company after "Bo Bo" the family dog. "Bo" in Chinese translates to Precious. So it fit that she should name the special chicken and company they decided to dedicate their lives to as "precious." Bo Bo, the dog passed in 1985, but he lives on in our memories as the company grows continually.

Important holidays spread throughout the year bring together families with a home-cooked meal. A whole chicken usually is the centerpiece.
